The study is based on the analysis of published sustainability reports and financial statements of several Italian companies.

Once again in 2023 the BCC Iccrea Group has been included among Italy’s top sustainability leaders, a list of 240 examples of excellence created in collaboration with Il Sole 24 Ore by Statista, a leading market research company specialising in corporate ranking and data analysis.

The award identifies those companies that have been most successful in integrating environmentally, socially and economically conscious choices into their business practices, selected based on 45 performance indicators.

The subject of the research was the analysis of the corporate social responsibility (CSR) of some 450 large Italian companies operating in various sectors based on their sustainability reports and financial statements.
