The Group's path to accessibility

A commitment to ensure an inclusive experience on our digital channels

The BCC Iccrea Group is constantly committed to the proactive management and development of digital channels according to accessibility standards, in order to offer users an intuitive, functional and above all inclusive browsing experience.

In keeping with the Group's Charter of Commitments on Human Rights and the Charter of Values of Cooperative Credit, the goal is to offer each person fully usable services and information, without discriminating against those who, due to disabilities, even temporary, need the support of assistive technologies or special configurations.

People, the unit of measurement of our services

To improve inclusiveness, the Group's digital services and products are developed following HCD – Human-Centred Design – methodology, a design approach that aims to generate a positive user experience, by putting people at the centre of the conception, design and development processes.

This because accessibility doesn’t just concern the technological components, but all the content made available: text, images, videos, documents.

To date, several actions and tests have already been carried out on the Group's digital channels, initiating a review of our digital services and products, according to the WCAG - Web Content Accessibility Guidelines and the WAI - Web Accessibility Initiative reference standards of the W3C - World Wide Web Consortium.

This is only the beginning of the process: our commitment to accessibility includes the constant, gradual improvement of each channel in order to facilitate the relationship with people, our true value.
