Transactions with Related Parties
Pursuant to Bank of Italy Circular 285/2013 (Part III, Chapter 11), the Iccrea Cooperative Banking Group has adopted a "Group Policy on the Management of Conflicts of Interest and Transactions with Related Parties".
The Policy in question constitutes the internal reference for the management of conflicts of interest and is aimed at guarding against the risk that the proximity of certain parties to the decision-making centres of the Group’s Banks may compromise the objectivity and impartiality of decisions relating to the granting of loans and other transactions with such parties, with possible distortions in the process of allocating resources, exposure of the Banks to risks that are not adequately measured or monitored, and potential damage to depositors and Shareholders.
