Besides the parent company Iccrea Banca and the member BCCs, the Group includes othersubsidiaries directly or indirectly controlled by the parent company, conventionally split into two perimeters:
“immediate perimeter” and
“indirect perimeter”
The
immediate perimeter includes 15 companies controlled by the parent company, also indirectly by virtue of a shareholding relationship. They are:
Agecooper, BCC Beni Immobili, BCC CreditoConsumo, BCC Factoring, BCC Financing, BCC Gestione Crediti, BCC Leasing, BCC Rent&Lease, BCC Risparmio&Previdenza, BCC Servizi Assicurativi, BCC Sinergia, BCC POS, BCC Sistemi Informatici, BIT, Iccrea Covered Bond, Iccrea Covered Bond 2.
The
indirect perimeter includes BED Brianza Elab.Dati.
There are also 11
companies associated with the Parent Company: BCC Assicurazioni, BCC Vita, Cedecra S.r.l., Numia Group, Pitagora S.p.A., Polo Verde, Sigest, Solaria, Vorvel SIM, HBenchmark (through an agreement), Numia (through an agreement).
Lastly, there are two companies directly associated through an agreement: Hbenchmark and Numia.
